We have created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our commitment to protecting information you submit. This Privacy Policy only applies to data gathered on the ProjectSafety.com web site, hereinto referred to as "Site", and does not apply to any other information or web site. You agree that Project Safety Inc. may use your personal information to contact you and deliver information to you that, in some cases, is targeted to your security interests, or provides administrative notices or communications applicable to your use of the Site. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you expressly agree to receive this information.

We do not sell our member’s personal information to anyone for any reason if the member has indicated a desire for us to keep the information private.

Project Safety Inc. reserves the right to disclose specific member information to your chosen network of Security Contacts; including but not limited to event, travel event, journal, and GPS location information when we determine that such disclosure is necessary to cooperate with your network of Security Contacts. This disclosure will take place following a non-reply situation congruent with the notification process. PROJECT SAFETY INC. WILL NOT CONTACT POLICE OR ANY LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY ON YOUR BEHALF. Project Safety Inc. will only initiate the action of contacting you and your network of chosen Security Contacts. All other actions associated with contacting any person or entity is the responsibility of you and your chosen network of Security Contacts.
